01. Tell me about yourself.

"Sure, thank you for the opportunity. My name is Abul Fozol Jumman, and I am a passionate and dedicated web developer. Over the past two years, I have been actively learning and working on honing my skills in the MERN stack. I have a solid foundation in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and have gained hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
During my learning journey, I have completed various projects that have allowed me to apply my knowledge and showcase my abilities. I enjoy working on both front-end and back-end development and find joy in creating responsive and user-friendly web applications.

02. What are your strengths?

"As a MERN stack developer, one of my main strengths is my ability to work with the entire development stack smoothly. I have a strong understanding of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, which allows me to develop full-stack applications efficiently. This means I can create websites and web applications that work well and look good for users."

03. What are your weaknesses?

"One area I am currently working on improving as a MERN stack developer is optimizing the speed and performance of large-scale applications. While I have experience building applications of different sizes, I understand that making them run faster and smoother in complex situations can be challenging. To address this, I am constantly learning about the best ways to improve performance and exploring tools that can help, like caching and performance monitoring. I actively seek opportunities to improve my skills in this area so that the applications I build can run as fast as possible for users."

04. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

I see myself as a full stack developer who can handle both front end and back end development. I want to master different web technologies and frameworks, and create dynamic and interactive websites and applications. I also want to learn from other experienced developers and collaborate on challenging projects.

05. Why should we hire you?

I believe that I have the web developer skills and qualities that you are looking for, and I have excellent communication skills and I work well in a team. I am confident that I can contribute to the success of your company and its projects.

06. When you get an error what do you think about it and fix it?

"When I encounter an error, my first instinct is to analyze the root cause. I carefully review the situation, identify where the error occurred, and then develop a systematic approach to address it. I believe in learning from mistakes to improve processes and prevent similar issues in the future."

07. How do you deal with pressure or stressful situations? Or, How do you work under pressure?

In high-pressure situations, I remain calm and focused on prioritizing tasks. I break down complex problems into smaller, manageable steps and ensure effective communication with team members. This approach has helped me consistently deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
